Methi Malai Matar with Kitchen Gold Masala
Ingredients

Water (As per required)
- 2-3 nos. chopped Onion
- 2-3 nos.chopped Green Chilli
- 1 Tsp Ginger Garlic paste
- 2-3 pods Black Cardamom
- Half bowl Curd
- 2 Tbsp Oil
- 2 Tbsp Butter
- 1 Tsp Shahi Jeera
- 2-3 pods Green Cardamom
- 1/2 Tsp Peppercorn
- 1/4 Tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1/2 Tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
- 1/2 Tsp Coriander Powder
- 2 Tsp Kitchen Gold Masala
- Salt To Taste
- 1 1/5 cup Boiled Green Peas
- 1 1/5 cup chopped Fenugreek Leaves
- 1/2 cup Fresh Cream
Instructions
- Heat 2 Tbsp oil in hot pan. Add 2 Tbsp Butter in it. And stir.
- Add 1 Tsp Shahi Jeera, 2-3 pods Green Cardamom, 2-3 pods Black Cardamom, 1/2 Tsp Peppercorn, 2-3 nos. chopped Onions.
- Stir fry untill colour turns golden brown.
- Then add 2-3 nos. chopped Green Chilli, 1 Tsp Ginger Garlic paste and Sauté.
- Add 2 Tsp Kitchen Gold Masala, 1/4 Tsp Turmeric Powder, 1/2 Tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder, 1/2 Tsp Coriander Powder and pinch of Salt. Sauté. Then add water (as required)
- Mix it well. Keep stirring the mixture. Add half bowl curd and Salt to taste. Mix it and cover cook for 15-20 minutes. You can add water, if you feels masala mixture is getting dry.
- Add 1 1/5 cup Boiled Green Peas. Stir and mix green peas with masala.
- Then add 1 1/5 cup finely chopped Methi. Mix it well.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes on medium low flame. Keep stirring.
- Add 1/2 cup Fresh Cream. (Turn off the gas or keep on low flame)
- Garnish with chopped Coriander leaves. Stir well.
- Serve hot with Tandoor Or Rotis.
